Established in 1991, KS Property Rentals Ltd has grown steadily by providing tailor made solutions for landlords letting single houses, bungalows or flats and landlords with residential portfolios or commercial properties. Services are designed to your specific needs and include our popular, cost effective and one fee only arrangement TenantFinder - Self Managemnet Service alternatively our Full Management Services normally used by landlords that require full peace of mind that their investment is in safe hands. We also have our Bespoke Service reserved for landlords of larger portfolios with particular requirements.

Our offices comprise of a dedicated team of staff covering the following aspects of our duties - 

Office Manager - Rent Payments, Accounts and Other Enquiries.

Lead Negotiator - Dedicated staff member to recieve enquiries from applicants and arrange viewings.

Support Liaison - Dedicated marketing and referencing staff member.

Maintenance Liaison - Dedicated staff member who conducts inspections, organises certificates and works while liaising with clients.

We have our main offices based in Birchington, with great road links to London & Canterbury. In addition we have a satalite office located in Minster, Kents village of the year. Contact details for both offices are below.
